This would have to be my favorite villain appearance-wise out of all the Spyro games I've played, with his hooves, insect-oid wings, and epic tail.
I have a feeling that the TLOS people may have based Malefor's design off of this guy.
I mean, he's purple and red. He offers Spyro a chance to become his apprentice and learn everything there is to know about magic if he only stopped protecting his friends and family. He sort of gets sealed away in a purple vortex, much like Malefor did in convexity. AND he said that he would someday return.
Much like Malefor.
Not to mention that he is also NEVER NAMED during the ENTIRE game.
MIND. BLOWN.
But seriously. The Sorcerer gave me nightmares as a kid.
His fingers remind me of something from OFF!

Hmm his body is looks a bit like a Dinosaur(Ultraraptor?). That's good, sense the game designers being completely uniform with there dragon designs does make them mundane and not unique. Also those are good points about The Scorcerer especially about his name. Though we never hear the Scorceress name, it appears that there names are just titles of authority where they come from.
